Molly Cross is a motivated and hard-working young lady, whom specializes in the marketing element of media. She has innumerable skills such as; working with advanced software for example, Adobe premier Pro and Photoshop, being a project manager of many teams and practices exclusively with DLSR cameras. 

Molly has a wide variety of work experience within the Media industry which has helped her to understand the constant demand for it. With volunteering at her local radio station for a year to working with major media groups in her town, Molly always puts herself out there in a bid to gather as much experience as possible.

Completing hard tasks such as the Duke of Edinburgh award bronze and silver, and making her own triathlon to raise money for charity just shows how strong willed and driven Molly really is. This is essential for a job in the industry as you cannot give up easily in stressful situations. Molly hopes to work for a big marketing company in the future in London as she believes that s where her talents will best be shown.
